Toledo Rockets Fuel, LLC is committed to providing you with quality merchandise. Our goal is to ensure the merchandise you order is received in an accurate and timely manner. However, we realize product returns are an inevitable part of doing business, and we will gladly accept returned merchandise compliant with Toledo Rockets Fuel, LLC Return Policy.

Returned Merchandise Conditions

Defective Merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit. Toledo Rockets Fuel, LLC will pay return shipping costs. Defective merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

In-Stock Merchandise may be returned for full credit within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and in resale condition. Hosiery and underwear garments cannot be returned if the pack has been opened. Certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated on the product description pages of applicable products on our website. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return.

Custom-Manufactured Merchandise that has product defects may be returned for replacement or credit. Toledo Rockets Fuel, LLC will pay shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

Exchanges. If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item(s), the difference in value will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference in value due will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the original order.

Please allow up to 21 days following the receipt of your return for your account to be credited or charged. You will be notified when the transaction has been processed.

Non-Returnable Merchandise Conditions

In-Stock Merchandise returned for credit over thirty (30) days past invoice date will not be accepted.

Discontinued, Closeout, Expired Merchandise, or merchandise with expiration dates less than 90 days will not be accepted for return.

Custom-Manufactured Merchandise may not be returned due to errors in customer-approved artwork or specifications.

Merchandise that is stickered, marked, damaged, defaced or otherwise cannot be resold by Toledo Rockets Fuel, LLC for any reason will not be accepted for return.

Return Instructions
Complete the following information and enclose it in the package with the returned merchandise.

1. Enclose a note with the returned merchandise including the following information: Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), reason for return and instructions on whether your want a refund, replacement or exchange.

3. Take the package to a post office and obtain a proof of shipping to keep for your records in the event the package is lost in transit.
